The cost of therapy sessions can vary based on the type of service provided. We understand that finances can be a concern, if this is you, please contact us directly to discuss pricing options and find a plan that works for you. Unfortunately True Self Space does not accept Medicare rebates or Mental Health Care Plan, however our pricing is intended to reflect this. Please visit our services page for the price guide.

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people find it helpful to attend weekly sessions, especially in the beginning. Others may attend bi-weekly or monthly sessions as they progress. We’ll work together to determine what schedule works best for you.

It’s important to feel comfortable and connected with your therapist. If, for any reason, you don’t feel that connection, please don’t hesitate to discuss it with us. We can explore what might be causing those feelings, and if necessary, we can help you find another therapist who might be a better fit.
