Before your first session, you'll receive a link to join our secure video platform. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.


During sessions, we work together exactly as we would face-to-face - exploring your emotions, patterns, and inner world using Internal Family Systems, attachment-based approaches, and other therapeutic methods. The screen doesn't diminish the connection; many clients find they open up more easily from their own environment.


Between sessions, you'll have the same continuity of care, with email communication available for scheduling and brief check-ins.
