Online therapy at True Self Space uses secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. Sessions run for 50 minutes, just like in-person appointments, and follow the same therapeutic process.


Before your first session, you'll receive a link to join our secure video platform. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.


During sessions, we work together exactly as we would face-to-face - exploring your emotions, patterns, and inner world using IFS, attachment-based approaches, and other therapeutic methods. The screen doesn't diminish the connection; many clients find they open up more easily from their own environment.
